DDSL registration & club membership options for the 2024/25 season

DDSL Registration

Step 1/2 in your journey to play for a St Mochtas team is to register with the DDSL.

The Dublin District Schoolboy/girls League (DDSL) is the name of the organisation running the leagues all our 37 Junior (underage) teams will play in this upcoming season.

  • It is mandatory that ALL players register with the DDSL and ensure that acceptable photo ID is provided for each player.
  • Registration Fee: €31.78  (inc. admin charge)
  • Players will not be permitted to play without registering and having DDSL approved photo ID, there will be no exceptions to this as the players will not be insured to play.

Below you’ll find 3 common scenarios – please select your case below and proceed to register.

Any player that has joined St. Mochta’s FC  AND has not played in  the  DDSL previously can register with the DDSL by clicking on the DDSL New player registration button on this page.

Players transferring to St.Mochta’s FC from another club will be required to register as a new player on the DDSL website.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure that you are logged OUT of the DDSL system - it's very important that you are not logged in at this point
  2. Click on this link https://ddsl.ie/registration/#registration_sec
  3. Select Register to club (blue button in centre of the page)
  4. Choose St.Mochta's FC from list of clubs
  5. Select: DDSL Player registration season 2024-25, then select: Register Now!
  6. Log into your account
  7. Select Add/Renew
  8. Edit the Qty field to 1 (or more if renewing multiple players)
  9. Choose the player you wish to register then select continue
  10. Fill in form and when finished, select REGISTER

When you have done this – please let me know the player name(s) and member ID, I can then check if they are registered correctly

Any player that registered and played Junior football for St.Mochta’s FC in the 2023/24 season can now renew their DDSL registration online by logging into your account.

Then select the  Register/Renew option and follow the steps provided

You are treated as a ‘new’ player joining a St Mochtas team for the 1st time so take that option.

Club Membership

Step 2/2 in your journey to play for a St Mochtas team is to become a member of the club.

Club fees have been frozen for the 2024/25 season and will remain at the same price as 2023/24

  • SSG (5/7/9 aside) / Under 8’s to Under 12’s: €240
  • 11 aside / Under 13’s to Under 18’s: €270

Discounts

  • €50 off 2nd and subsequent kids.
  • Payment Option: 1 Full Payment to avail of sibling discount.
  • There will once again be an option to pay in installments over multiple months.
  • Please contact our club chairman (chairman@stmochtasfc.com) in strict confidence if you need to discuss other options regarding club fees

Once all Players have been successfully registered with the DDSL, the club will activate the links for parents/guardians to apply for club membership  for each player for the 2024/25 season. This will be communicated via clubzap and noted on this page.
