We suspended the lotto for a week as we were identified of an issue by our lotto provider where a ticket was cancelled in error due to a refund being processed to a players online lotto account.
This resulted in their tickets for 4 draws being cancelled incorrectly.
One of those draws the winning numbers they had paid for and assumed entered into the draw won and as such we are paying out the jackpot of €10,000 to Greg McLoughlin.
We congratulate Greg and we apologies that we had to cancel the draw for a week to allow our partners investigate the error.
